Sketch and Rendering Studio
Given set spatial guidelines and complete creative freedom in style, I developed a contemporary living space with subtle European countryside influence. Soft blush tones and warm browns are balanced with natural green accents to create warmth and comfort. Furniture selections and material textures were intentionally chosen that fit the color palette and contemporary design.
All elements within the perspective were drawn accurately to scale and proportion giving accurate spatial depth that is realistic. The final rendering was completed with alcohol markers and colored pencils to enhance dimension, warmth, and material texture.
The floor plan and elevations were drafted and rendered at ¼” = 1’-0” scale. Each piece of furniture was accurately scaled to maintain proportion. The elevations highlight ceiling details and the slanted ceiling angle, while added shadows enhance spatial awareness and bring dimension to the space.
